Where can I find the serial number?

In general, serial numbers are located on the bottom shelf for 28" and 36" units and under the base for 17" and 22" units. They are always located on a silver sticker that looks like this.

If you can't find a sticker on your bottom shelf, please flip it over to make sure it isn't printed on the other side. 
 
Standard 36" Units:
(1554, 1565, 1560, 1825, 1836, 1841, 1863, 1866, 1899, 1932)
Bottom shelf, upper left side.
 
Standard 28" Units:
(1517, 1605, 1803, 1839, 1856, 1885)
Bottom shelf, upper left side.
 
Standard 22" Units:
(1665, 1666, 1833, 1842, 1813, 1891)
Underside of base, front or attached to griddle on a separate card.
 
Standard 17" Units:
(1650, 1832, 1814, 1934, 1945)
Underside of base, front or attached to griddle on a separate card.
 
Pro Series Griddles:
(1818, 1820, 1855, 1858)
Outer right side panel, outer back panel, or bottom shelf in cabinet.
 
Deep Fryer Griddles:
(1845, 1859, 1892)
Bottom shelf on left side or attached to griddle on a separate card.
 
Air Fryer Griddles:
(1785, 1868, 1916)
Bottom shelf towards back or on outer back panel.
