Not all of our replacement parts are available for purchase directly off our website. Because Blackstone Products offers a large variety of griddles, each with different replacement parts, we don't offer them all online to ensure we can help each customer get the part they need. You can view the parts we have available online here. For questions on compatibility, feel free to call us or submit a chat request.

If you need a replacement part that isn't available online or would like to purchase over the phone, please verify the model of your griddle (model numbers are four digits long and can be found on your product manual or above your serial number here) and call our customer service line at (435) 252-3030 Ext. 1. Our business hours are 7 AM to 5 PM MST, Monday through Friday.
