We recommend you preheat your Blackstone Patio Oven with the motor on turning the tray for approximately 10 minutes prior to cooking your pizzas. This heats the stone all the way through as well as gives the upper stone time to heat through as well. Keeping your Patio Oven set at a consistent temperature will help with this also. You can cook pizzas at any temperature however, keeping it between 350-450 degrees (on the temperature gauge) consistently works very well.
