My pizza oven is missing the rotating tray/peel
If you believe you are missing parts of your oven, please go back and check the packaging materials to ensure they were not accidentally discarded. Our packaging design can make it a little easy to miss both the rotating tray and the pizza peel. They were positioned on the outsides of the main Styrofoam supports, so a couple of customers have thrown them away not realizing that they were inside the packaging. Please see the pictures below.

We recommend dusting the bottom of the dough lightly, as well as the pizza peel, with your choice of flour, semolina, or cornmeal. This allows the pizza to freely slide around on the pizza peel and not stick.
