How Do I Change My E-Series Griddle From Celsius to Fahrenheit?

How Do I Change My E-Series Griddle From Celsius to Fahrenheit?

This process works on all 22" E-Series and the 17" E-Series Griddles with the Black Griddle Top. However, the 17" E-Series units with the Blue Griddle Top cannot be changed between temperature systems.

To change your E-Series Griddle from Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice versa:
  1. With the unit turned off, push and hold the power button in the center of the control knob until it makes a beeping sound. You will then see an F or a C on the display screen.
  2. Rotate the knob to the right to change to Celsius and to the left to change to Fahrenheit.
  3. Push the power button to select the desired system displayed on the screen.
