Can I cut directly on the griddle top?
Any of our propane griddle models with rolled steel tops can be directly cut on. Doing so will not damage the griddle top.
However, if you have an E-Series griddle top, you should not cut directly on the griddle top or use any metal utensils on the griddle surface, as that can damage the ceramic titanium coating.
